Hello everyone,

I’m Rose Kyei, a PSM I-certified professional with a background in IT Management. I recently earned my PSM I certification and am eager to gain hands-on experience through an internship or entry-level role in a Scrum or Agile environment.

I’d appreciate any advice, opportunities, or recommendations on where I can apply or connect with teams looking for enthusiastic learners.

Thank you in advance for your guidance and support!

Rose

I sympathize with getting into the market. It can take time. I think the options are to follow job advertisements, and jobs on social media like LinkedIn. Meet up with local recruiters and discuss options with them. Personally what I found helpful, was to volunteer with project management organisations. It is harder as one does not get paid, but one does get experience.

All the best with the role search.
